Nasdaq’s listing rules require disclosure of specified board diversity metrics and diverse board composition, subject to certain exceptions and phase-in periods. The table below shows the composition of Solid Power’s board based on voluntary self-identification of gender identity and other demographics. Each of the categories used in the table has the same meaning as it is used in the Nasdaq rules and related guidance and instructions.
